| This project, for a turn-of-the-century home in the Ormewood Park neighborhood in Atlanta, consists of a number of separate projects which will be built in phases. The individual projects include the addition of new Upper Floor with a new Master Suite and two additional bedrooms, a Sunroom with a new Roof Terrace for the Master Bedroom above, a Screened Porch and a redesigned back yard area with a Koi pond and soaking pool in a terraced patio area. |
