One of the original homes in the Ormewood Park neighborhood of Atlanta, this 1880s home was severely damaged by fire in the summer of 2008.  The owners worked with Hagan Architects to modernize and improve the home's layout and energy efficiency while maintaining the appropriate vintage feel of a home that is over 100 years old.  Many state-of-the-art systems and components are subtly hidden inside this historic home,  creating significant savings in utility usage and cost.
