Garden Hills Residence Addition

Our task for this renovation and addition to a classic home in the Garden Hills neighborhood of Atlanta was to redesign a small, existing garage structure into a sitting area, wine room and Sun Room area on the lower level, with a bedroom suite and study on the upper level.  Our design draws its proportion and detailing from the stately qualities of the main house, shown in gray here, to create a new structure that feels seamlessly original to the home and surrounding neighborhood.
